    • Customers must retain the original receipt or proof of purchase for all return or exchange transactions.
    • Customized or personalized jewelry items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be reflected in your wallet/bank account within 7-10 business days.
    • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
